• Have not come from the New York tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT), Louisiana, or any other state required by the State of Florida to self-quarantine upon entry, in the last 14 days.
• Do not have a fever or feel ill.
• Have not knowingly been in contact with a confirmed Covid-19 patient or a person exhibiting signs or symptoms consistent with Covid-19 in the last 14 days.

If you arrive to your scheduled service later than 10 minutes after the service has started, we cannot guarantee your entry.
